I hear you LOUD and clear. I totally agree.
Obviously, as you are aware, this company, as far as I know,
has a Zero Marketing strategy, when it comes to shareholders'
interest. Management is capable IMHO of amazing wheeling and dealing
but...stock performance "sucks".

Odd that we (You & I) seem to be in same stocks that have
many attributes but lack marketing of the company to the "market".

Somebody must have been disappointed with the recent sale of
valuable real estate?
