I am certainly no expert on physics, but two thoughts in an attempt to discuss the answer to your question.

1. Even though the car was travelling at the speed of light, the headlights would keep up because they can also travel at the same speed and would therefore stay a set distance in front of the car,

However,

2. I don't know what you would need them for, because your steering wheel and brakes wouldn't be any good to you anyway.
