Been in the stock too long....and yes I do believe they did sell some Reg-S shares. I am holding until year end and selling for a tax-loss. I own 20,000 at .71 cents. I will never buy a micro-cap stock again. They have a great product, great partners and great exposure. The problem??? You tell me. Maybe someone has a bank account somewhere. I am very disgusted with the performance of management. Good luck to you guys. If we ever get to $1.00 it will get there through me. Regards, Rob
