The information in the header is substantially correct. Don't know about the shares outstanding, float, etc. though - I focus on sales! While our encryption technologies are unique, they are not our value, in my view. Our value is in our sophisticated metering and billing systems. Looks like some are trying to compare us to Wave Systems. I don't view them as our competition at all. They've got hardware metering and encryption which will be used primarily for metering and authorizing software usage. Imark's space is digital information content - text, images, audio, and video primarily - and the encryption is the least of it. Our customers and prospective customers have the most problems with flexible business modelling and account types, billing and account management. Solutions to those problems will be our main strengths.
