$1MM is still $1MM. I had forgoten about the new deal.
Regardless, it's 10c for half of all outstanding shares and this is mission impossible unless you get the big shareholders on board.
We all know who has, or is supposed to still have 80K shares. do you really think that person is ready to fork out $8 gees?
Has anyone ever tried to talk to Cap Guard? good luck.
A consortium of major shareholders is required before the next AGM, which should be prety soon. Regulators could take years.
Unless ya get to see their files, you don't really don't know what you're dealing with right now.
Seems to me a while back we figured SI shareholders had about 3MM shares. Another 10 should so it.
