O.K. Help me out here because I can be a little "challenged" sometimes. I have noticed that most the folks on this thread don't ever refer to MPVIF (Nasdaq), so my question is this, if the VSE is not favorable to institutions, why isn't the nasdaq? and besides most institutions won't invest in penny stocks, and thats what this is until it reaches $5 U.S. Oh! and I'm sure you all know this as well, NOT MARGINABLE! So like I started out, help me out here, because I am obviously missing the rationale (HYPE) about the TSE. Someone posted a message somewhere in the past that stated something like this.
