No. That isn't what I meant to imply. It was just an informational thing that I through in there regarding the formation that the microclusters are physically trapped in. The problem that I had with the ionic migration theory was that he was saying that the ionic migration was directed to the surface. I personally don't understand why ionic migration would be directional unless there was something in the atmosphere that attracted the ions.
