Public companies are just that.. available to answer questions from shareholders and the interested public. As to my first commentary about HIV 2 licenses, call any of the public companies I have mentioned (EPTO,CALY,SALV(not licensed)SANOFI, ABT,JNJ (licensed) as well as TRIBY and ask about the issue. As I pointed out during that discussion, this will be an issue as long as the FDA is concerned about a valid license as opposed to additional testing. Logic would dictate a change in that policy, but as of today it has not changed, but may. As to private sources at government agencies, they will stay just that .. private sources. If posted I no longer have a source. That should not be a surprise.
As to endorsements, the CDC would be sure to communicate the results of testing they do on any product they have been asked to review. How those results are communicated would most likely be the responsibility of the company in question, not the CDC. Which brings up a logical question.. If the CDC has completed the testing of the Trinity product why have those results not been released by the company? Despite the rather personal and histrionic responses by some on this board, my information is factual and balanced. No where have I made a comment about the stock, the price of the stock, nor whether one should buy or not. I will leave those comments to the cheerleaders. |
