ERHC is simply linked to the homepage of that company on mergers. This news release, which appeared on yahoo yesterday is now corrected. The company, as we know from before, is acquiring financing. They already raised $1 mil that was sent to STP a few weeks ago, and another $2 mil to be sent soon. The news on recent developments in STP should be out within weeks. The company is looking at debt financing for the Panama concession project. Several offers made to the company, but it seems that ERHC is not happy with them. Share issue at this price is not in the best interest of the shareholders. Mexico remediation project continues to look good.
