This looks like the most active macroinvestor thread (if you have any others to suggest, lemme know), so i'll jump in while the waters warm. First off, are there any David Derosa fans here? He was with TheStreet.Com and now with Bloomberg. I haven't read the past posts and will skim them latelr but I'd like to here anyones comments on the chinese currency issue, esp in relation to devaluation issues.. Post your thoughts and opins.. Do you think they will devalue in the next year? or will Japan miracuously recover or at least convince currency traders not to let the yen slide... will the US continue to play global economic nurse and help out all the countries who ran too fast, played risky games, and then fell down.... any currency traders or ex-currency traders here? or anyone who actively hedges against currency changes for their company or personal holdings? finally, anyone investing directly in the DAX or know of some great german ADR plays in the US?
