Interesting...

Interesting that the most fervently bullish contributor to Corel's Yahoo! message board thread dropped out last quarter and now the runner-up has turned bearish based on a number of concrete data:

Warning: Meaning-free Corporate Statements Crossing

You know, I get the very strong feeling that Corel was hoping their layoff announcement would boost the stock price and in turn boost the corporate coffers through means which I could only speculate about. I really got this sense of panic from some of the more wishy-washy and desperate press statements and my opinion hasn't changed. I'm waiting for Corel to tell us that there has been renewed interest in the possibility of potentially large licensing agreements. IMO, it's better to say nothing than to say something which means nothing and only serves to insult the intelligence of investors. Renewed interest in possibilities which may have potential... beautiful.
