RealTime asked me by PM: Do you know if there is any pending litigation resulting from the failed LPS deal? No, there hasn't been. No attorney's response. No certified letter. If they were going to litigate this, their attorney would NOT let them post this to the SI forum. Let me clarify something that should be obvious. Their response should be to CSMA's ATTORNEY, Dan Jackson (who originated CSMA's letter), if the intent is to litigate, not to H.K. Is this clear? David
