Muthian,
Although you are entitled to your opinion, you should at least get your facts straight. The contract was not with TAVA for manufacturing facilities, but with TAVA/BECK for utilities work.....
TAVA/R.W. Beck recently signed a teaming agreement with Y2K Africa, itself a joint venture of Kutlwano Engineering Consulting and Technology Service International, a subsidiary of Eskom, the state utility of South Africa.
Y2K Africa will apply the TAVA/R.W. Beck Utility Y2K(TM) products and services to electric, gas, water, and wastewater utilities in South Africa and throughout the continent.
I'm not too sure, but I think that South Africa has electricity, gas, and even running water. Although there are no numbers provided in this release, I see this as very possitive, and bullish. TAVA has once again succeeded in breaking into a new market, and an emerging one at that.
