Yahoo apparently picked up Lehman upgrade of several weeks ago with the new earnings report. It makes sense that Lehman would NOT issue another upgrade so soon on such uncertain news. As far as the Canadian litigation is concerned, it is unclear that a 1991 reorganization under the Bankruptcy laws would protect them from a post-reorganization judgement. They seem to obfuscate any news they issue such as their use or non-use of the tax benefit.
