Thanks Dave! I have it and noted one firm on Howe St. plus many others on the legal aid dole. In the list of discrepancies in the news release it appears to me several acts occurred that should have been addressed by BCSC issuance of shares options etc.. and as they deduct fees from all trades for monitoring purpose and regulation, complicity in this fraud seems not out of the question. I would reiterate that those interested in a class action suit should E-mail or contact John Mcnight at this time and when ready we will contact a legal counsel.
