Skiawal:

Thanks for the info... hard to believe we're all still holding on to this stock, huh?

All:
I'm going to try to join the C.C. Anyone with legitimate questions should do the same. However, if you can't join, I'm working on a short list of questions, a couple of which I've posted below that I intend to ask. If you'd like to add questions or have suggestions for changing my questions, let me know...

1. Everyone owning WSTL has lost a lot of money- some have lost everything- unless they were granted stock by the company. Most WSTL holders I know find it very disheartening that the only insider transactions in WSTL stock are sales. My twofold question is:
- Why was Mr. Seaman's granted such a large stake, especially without some kind of lock-up agreement against sales, and
- Why have there been no insider purchases of WSTL at current market prices?

2. Please discuss any outside interest in WSTL and management's current thoughts on the likelihood of an acquisition by WSTL or of WSTL in order to allow the company to take advantage of it's extensive industry expertise and enable it to compete against the industry giants?

I'm working on others. These questions shouldn't be construed as official questions from this board. This is stuff I want to know. In addition, I may be unable to participate in the C.C., so I would encourage people to ask their own questions...
