Let' s all remember who CF is. They are the industry leader in a emerging market which they control most of, not MFSDC. I f things go south for CF, they go the way that Doc thinks, poof, were gone for mega bucks. This is not a bad bail out plan if you are in Pete's shoes.
CF's franchise would be worth zillions to another player. We at least have this in the bag worst case. Personally, I don't think this will happen as I have stated before, but it is a pretty good real world worst case scenario. IMHO.
