Why are you angry with me ?? I did not create this situation ! Of course it takes money to make money - but there is quite a difference between a private placement which will be restricted for a year or two and a private placement with warrents attached (enabling the holder to get another share for every share held) and having that issue be non-restricted !!! The reason we are at $1.50 today is because the pp price will be $1.50. But because the pp will have an extra warrent attached - our shares will be worth even less. p.s. - I'm long here - but not liking it one bit. Here is the point. A private placement should be just that - A PRIVATE PLACEMENT - to a group or individual who can afford for that issue to be restricted for a year or two.An unrestricted private placement with conversion warrents attached for $3 a share is going to send the common shares below $1.50 and also create a ceiling at $3 above which the informed public will not buy - so there stays the price. I can't believe I'm saying all this while I still own shares - I must be pretty stupid - so stupid infact I allowed myself to blindly trust some seemingly benevolent stock master with real money only to find out that that guy refers to us as "thread warriors" - who he now admitedly doesn't care about. The emperor has just been spotted without any clothes on. ps - rant and rave if you want to - I will be leaving my terminal now for the rest of the day - I will not divulge from where I get this as there are some really quality people here on this thread. It's just one individual I now have a problem with. Good luck to the rest of you. Gorcon
