Robert The company voluntarily filed "for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for Phoenix, Arizona " (June 19th IPM press release). "The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, International Precious Metals Corporation of Arizona ("IPMA") was also a party to the [Omega] Property Purchase Agreement, solely for the purpose of holding title to the Black Rock Property" (IPM 10K for 1997 fiscal year, filed with SEC March 31, 1998). Anyone know the status of IPM Corp in Ontario, Canada? Ptask
