phbolton, this phrase from the AND release looks like a floor to me:

"The maximum number of shares issuable upon conversion is 2,100,000
shares."

On a $10 million convertible though that's a share price of right around 5. AND currently 12 3/4.

Edit: I see Roger and I agree on the target price. <g>
