poor Rancher, why do you think their business is flawed? The company stated asia and y2k as the factors that will slow their growth. the bankers downgraded on the same reason. i don't see a flawed business model here. i think what spooked the street was their extremely bullish comment last q about a strong business outlook and now this warning. i wish i can ask the management to give back their bonus
