I agree with you RI.. It may not be the most solid of TA, however... There is no denying an increase in the frequency of runups on this company. It certainly seems that there is something in the works. IMO, this stock will continue to go through a series of quick rises, falling back to slightly higher levels until news breaks. Patience could very well pay off handsomely here.
