I believe there have been less than 100 confirmed cases of HIV2 in this country. There is no question that it is a very small problem relative to the question of increased testing. The FDA may change their stance in the future. But when Abbott, for instance, a holder of a valid license enters this market, who will be the winner? I don't own Abbott by the way. They are selling a rapid test overseas, and having bought Murex, they have an interest in this market and will be filing with the FDA at some point.

And just call these companies and ask about an HIV2 license. This is not a secret
