By the by,
I saw a post where you were asking if P&F signals come after the fact.

P&F gives you a clear picture as to whether supply or demand is coming in. It isn't a crystal ball by any means but take a look at how well the NYSE BP prepared us for all this madness recently. We knew things were slowing down and went defense far before most did saving our account quite a bit of heartache. That is forward looking not backward looking.

As far as stocks. I've posted many times positions that have broken out of great patterns and saw them shoot up tremendously afterwards. LU would be a good example. It is true I didn't get LU at the very bottom but I've enjoyed a 20pt + ride and I'm not going to quibble about 4 points I could have had.

It is all about stacking things in your favor. Better to know where you stand.

Tom said to me once "If you worry about 1-5 points in a stock, you are probably in the wrong stock". I had to think about it but then after watching the charts, I understood.

Take care,

Jan I am
