I agree with Hearsay, I think that the audit being done by Grant Thornton is so that the creditors that want to take over the company can assay the company's assets and know exactly what they have to work with. Also, with the minimal volume that has been going on, it isn't hard to spot someone selling a few shares at the bid either early in the morning or between 3 and 4 in the afternoon just to drop the price.
