Read an opinion that some people affiliated with or that worked for GE were paid in shares. These would not be insiders like owners or board members. These people might speculate for while, but are probably involved in MINE for reasons completely different than ours. If I did some type of work for a company that had no money I might get paid in restricted shares. I might also have no desire in being a speculating investor, so at my first opportunity to sell I would file a 144. My main concern is to receive payment for my services and there-fore not know or care what this company really does. IMHO A man has got to eat , right? (:-[} Ron
