Only lawyers enjoy reading those kind of forms :] BTW, Mecc's proxy will be sent out early next week and the shareholders meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 16/17. Also, I noticed the last trade for Mecc yesterday was a buy for 38,000 shares. Maybe something is up. Hopefully they didn't short it!
