Robert,

according to chpp's Executive Summary from 5-1-98 there is
9,697,000 shares issued and outstanding with a trading float
of 1,500,000 shares. Licensing discussions with high priority customers are set for july and august. Once programmers respond to the demo package (due within 2 weeks on chpp's new website) we will see if it's just another P&D or if they actually have a product.
