George & Julie, I agree 100% with everything you both said. I think there is a woeful lack of understanding about both our products and exactly what is going on with them out in the world -- in Asia, Spain, the UK, Denmark, South Africa, etc. Hopefully, the upcoming meeting and earnings will give us a better understanding for what type of successes (or lack thereof) we're really having. I think it's unfortunate Mr. Kaufmann didn't know more about our Cyberfax technology, deployment, or successes (or lack ...). Last November I pushed pretty hard attempting to find out exactly what discriminator our technology had over others as I knew the IP-Fax area was going to get pretty heated and cutthroat. I never did receive what I'd consider a satisfactory answer. IMO the reason My Kaufmann doesn't know more about us is because *nobody* knows much of anything about us (except the people on the thread). People (including me) have questioned why we haven't paraded our Cyberfax technology at trade shows, advertised it in trade magazines (or anywhere), etc. Again, no answers. IMO (again) it all relates to our lack of PR. Dan
