Sonny, us working stiffs appreciate the Greenspan news, well, at least this one does. I'm thinking of moving some 401K money from a more conservative fund into an index type fund at the end of the day. This to get today's closing prices, hopefully close to a low. Greenspan's 'it may, it may, it may'...is it possible to get a little more specific about what he said? This is what the Nando Times had to say at about noon Eastern:

Greenspan, making his second appearance before Congress in
as many days, said the most likely outcome of the spillover from
Asia is a welcome slowdown that will keep inflation in check and
prolong the current economic expansion.

That sounds pretty positive. Why is the market still sick?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Tony
