full motion video is absolutely dependent upon
bandwidth--ISDN doesnt cut it. xDSL appears to
be one of the only logical choices at this point
(although there will be a small market for cable
that is 2-way). BTW, xDSL is probably as close to
market as video conferencing technology. Hopefully
they will mature at about the same rate.

Every PC can become a telephone (there are already
internet phones) just add a camera and replace
your 28.8 by an xDSL modem, microphone,
and video camera, and you have a video
telephone. SO w/100 million PCs already here,
this is the initial way that video conferencing
will be done (IMHO).
