They are not buying back stocks though. The price of corporate bond is different than stocks. The yield has been set when the bond was issued. On the secondary market, the price does fluctuate a bit, but not as dramatic as that of stock. I think CUBE is cutting the interest expense with cash (they have a lot), that trickles down to earning per share.
