Dear Rancher, If you careful read through my post you will see my point. It has nothing to do with dictatorship. That I was trying to say is that in order to grow CA has to shift from mainframe revenue to high tec software/services and because of poor corporate culture and management style they will have hard time to do so. Since, you can consider corporation as a small society. I gave historic example, what have happened with societies run by dictator (former eastern block and ect). They just could not compete, because of human factor. In order to change CA corporate culture you have to get rid of Chang and Co, but it will never happen. CA has just a big bubble to replace mainframe license revenue. Sorry that you and pro CA gang didn't listen my point. Gall.
