It's been a while, so could someone advise me what are the requirements to become a reporting company? I would assume, a detailed audit from a licensed accounting firm plus answering any SEC questions would do the trick. Sounds pretty straightforward. And, what would be the implications of NOT becoming a reporting company, or in delaying the becoming one for a long period of time?
