Juli, It sounds like you have been motivated to do some serious due diligence on DCI here recently, that's good. Will you be coming to the meeting so that you can ask some of your questions? I know that the focus has been on getting DCI sold, but I also know that Joe has always conducted business as far as I am aware with the awareness that DCI needs to be an ongoing concern if we do not get an acceptable offer. I hope you can get all of your questions answered, and if you are not going to the meeting I would be glad to try and pose some of them for you. James
