I spoke with Scott Gnatt (PR person for CTMR) and he told me that last week the CEO told him that they would have a Press Release either Tuesday or Wednesday. Scott told me that he'll call the CEO and get back to me. Since it's not out yet, it probably won't come out today. It should come out soon though. Scott also told me that the CEO has a lot of things in the works (mainly acquisitions) and this will result in multiple PRs in the short term. This company is very undervalued and the price should start moving up again when people see what the company is up to. No, the insider sale is not the news.
