I managed to talk to them yesterday after close just very briefly. I asked him about the one client and he verified that was indeed true, that they had lost their main customer. He then went on to tell me their plans to make up for this loss...included the JV in chili (not finalized yet but letter of intent), the expansion into the US and Europe, and the new product spinoffs. Since these are very recent developments, he said NOT to expect good second quarter results...due to the loss of the major customer and the time it takes to expand into other marketplaces and make an impact. He said it will take some time to get going full speed again but that they are working on it. Boob...he was a straight shooter and was more than willing to discuss the good, as well as the bad. All info, good and bad, he said can be found in the filings. Sounds like the China customer was a major impact on them, but they have figured ways around this obstacle..just will take some time I'm told..
