Got for it. If you like QP1, you'll love QP2.

Since QP web sites says they are no longer selling new copies
of QP1, one might suspect that Win 3.1 users should be getting
nervous.

As to conversion of QP1 to QP2 scan formulas:
* It isn't that bad
* QP2 does take a tad of learning
* Converting some existing scans might be as good
a tutorial as there is.

Meanwhile I got QP1 on my Win 3.1 desktop and QP2 on my Win 95 portable until I bite the bullet and switch the desktop.
