Hey Phil, When I called TM they said up front that they would be making releases rather shortly(Before Aug 15 tentatively). When I spoke about possible deals they also said nothing. I would expect that a NR stating that the deal is off would be easy to release. But a NR stating the deals being finalized might take longer Lawyers and the like would be involved (especially if its an american company!). Lets not forget that they are also trying to catch the eyes of US investors as they go onto the TSE. If your worried sell some to me ;) (0.70 sounds about right people are still fighting it out at the Bid/ask) I was at the AGM and they were quite confident that the deal with their as yet un-named company(some have suspicions) would be successful. They also didn't seem to worried (disappointed but not worried) about the stock price when I spoke with them yesterday and in fact were confident that the NR would put my and every other investors mind at ease. Silence makes investors edgy but I'm in for the long haul. The technology sounds good according to my scientist friends so Wait and see that's my advice and what I'm doing. Speculating isn't healthy.
