Yeah, me too! I was lead to believe that they didn't want any big rush or people beating the doors down when the major billers made their announcements.They wanted to be ready to accomodate this mad rush.

Well, I think their stradegy(or stagnation) needs a closer look. Hey CKFR, who's your support team? Why are your customers holding off on announcements? We know who they are, what's the hold up?

I think their one and the same, just a new face, to roll into the year 2000. Don't want anything old, gotta' keep with the times. Either that or the old one was fired for flying under the influence of false aspirations.
