Hi Mike, I think most of the distribution that you talk about is the conversion of the preferred holders. Some of the accumulation doesn't appear, for example, under holders of the security on Bloomberg. It doesn't show the Swiss bank as the largest shareholder only the Washington post. You have to read the company reports to get that information. I am long so I am biased on this stock. thanks for your input
