Jewel, You write: "Dialogic has claimed for some time to be the only one with real time fax over the internet. They provide hardware and software. Are we using their products, or some other product". We are using our own proprietary hardware and software. It's my understanding these were developed in Canada with research that was funded in whole or in part by the Canadian government. Out of this an entity called Cyberfax somehow resulted. We then evidently bought the rights to the technology (both hardware and software) when we bought Cyberfax. I assume (never got an answer to this) the proprietary hardware is manufactured by what is now the Cyberfax division. I don't remember (if I ever knew) the patent status of the technology.
