Binkes is shocked at legal costs? Cigar is shocked at Kool Aid costs. Cigar asks, "Whatever happened to 'a five cent package makes two whole quarts?' On other hand, Cigar not need two whole quarts. This might be more 'a little dab will do ya' deal. Cigar finding it hot out here on the ledge.
