To Jim and Betty, I wanted to personally thank both of you for your contributions in detailing your respective recollections of the annual meeting. Betty sorry we didn't get to meet each other, and Jim glad we were able to identify one another. I find it interesting that Voice-It appointed a new CEO on 12-6-96 and that both NCI and Voice-It have each recently hired new sales directors. As some of you may know, NCI owns about 35-40% of the stock in Jabra. It would not be surprising to find that Jabra's manufacturing and/or sales also gets a positive assist in some way from this pending alliance/merger. Any improvement in Jabra's operations increases equity in NCI. Equity improvement in NCI pre-merger may be a big benefit to NCI shareholders in the final merger negotiations. A lot of positive things can happen in a very short amount of time. Best to all:
