If I may be so bold...knowing nothing about this P&F stuff. I don't think P&F can predict events which might effect a security - it works off of trends - right? Anyway, here's a URL that may give you more insight into why CA got nailed. cbs.marketwatch.com CA subsequently was downgraded by just about every analyst worth a hill of beans...and I'm talk'n soy beans here.
