Qualcomm took off today! That leaves Trimble as the laggard in my portfolio. Hopefully tomorrow's conference call will be positive. The good news may be that the slowdown in Asia has not hit Trimble that badly. Qualcomm reported sale of 11,000 units of Omnitracs last quarter, higher than the 9,000-10,000 quarterly rate for the last 2 years. Also announced a major order for Trailer Track. This is a significant happening because a typical transport company has 3 to 5 times as many trailers as tractors. Previous market was primarily tractors. Don't know if Trimble is still selling GPS (galaxy terminals) to Qualcomm. Arun
