Paul... Let me share what I think about analysts. They upgrade when the stock is high to push it a bit higher before they sell. The downgrade when it's trading low to push out all the sellers before they buy. They "play" the small investor this way. Nonetheless CA warned about a couple of tough quarters coming up which in turn prompted both the stock decline and the downgrades....I can't remember the last time I saw so many downgrades in one day. Simply amazing. I can't tell you about P&F but I'd stay away from CA for a few weeks until things settle out a bit. CA however is a great franchise - they'll be back so watch it and be ready to get back in. Gare
