However, if he is so concerned about the level of the stark market, why doesn't he do the obvious -raise margin requirements from 50% to say 80%. But he hasn't ever since he first introduced the "irrational exuberance" lingo a year and a half ago, so how can one take his stock market comments very seriously. Imho, Dr. Greenspeak should stick to managing the FED and stop making comments that alarm the investment markets. P
