Jeff, I was putting my files away and realized I incorrectly stated that ABMI's state of incorporation was Nevada. It is a Delaware corporation but I was doing some research on a Nevada company and had Nevada on my mind. In any case, I believe shareholder voting requirements are determined by the state in which a company is incorporated and a split is not always put to the vote of shareholders. I can't recall how this subject came up and I have not seen an announcement by ABMI about it so as you suggest its very likely a moot point.
