Another interesting bit of info I heard is that they have been approached by some Co's who have experienced a 17-18% error rate on jobs that have been converted manually. If these are pilot jobs then then it may open the door to CSGI. If this is the norm for manual conversions hopefully it will lead to some lucrative contracts. See Ya! Ric D.
